Important message for all customers using integrations as part of the Marigold Grow product.

The Grow team are updating infrastructure and because of this the outbound IP addresses of the platform will change. This means that if you have any integration with a custom or third party provider, you need to ensure that the new IPs are permitted. Some customers may have whitelisted Grow Platform IPs and if this is the case, the new IPS should be added to any existing whitelists with your provider so the platform can continue executing data integrations.

This requirement is only for those customers who use whitelisting, we believe this is used only by a small minority.

The new IPs are (send different messages for different environments):

US environment

Please ensure any new IPs are added to whitelists before the 25th of September for the US environment and before the 16th of October for the EU environment. Please ensure IPs are added to existing whitelists and that any previous IPs remain until January 1, 2024.
