What information with Cheetah Support require?
- Firstly, we'll need the Account name you're working in
Once you have logged in, you'll be able to see the account name from the user drop down menu in the top right of the main dashboard, this is represented by your avatar icon.
- Secondly, provide us with Experience staging link
Once you have opened the campaign in the Experiences platform, click Publishing, Under the Testing section you'll see a Staging URL, if you click in the box to the right of this text this copy the URL to the clipboard, paste this into your response email.
- Lastly, include as much supporting information as possible
For example... The live link on your website, screenshots, even a video if possible (Remember to not include any PI data in any of the information or images you provide for security reasons).
