This guide will take you through adding a single image that will be shown just below the module title and if required, guide you through adding individual images that will be displayed in-line with the answer values.

How to add an image to a module on your form

1. Open the Entry area and click Edit on your Form.
2. Click Edit on the question (Right side of the screen).
3. Under Copy, click Image to add the the image options.
4. Under Image, click Upload or Select From Library.
5. Select the image file you wish to use/upload.
   (Most common internet image formats are supported)

How to add an image to a module (question) answer

1. Open the Entry area and click Edit on your Form.
2. Click Edit on the question (Right side of the screen).
3. On the left side, under Values click Edit Choice.

4. Under that, now move down to Image and select Upload New to upload an image.
5. This new image will now be shown in-line to users for that option.
