How to clone an experience

  1. Locate your experience in the Experience list.
  2. Click on the "Clone" button next to your experience.
  3. You'll be asked to confirm the details and update the name of the experience.

How to edit the pages

  1. Locate your experience in the Draft list.
  2. Click 'Page' from the left side of the experience.
  3. Select the page you would like to edit.

From here you can edit the headline, copy, byline & add an image in your campaign. The additional setting, eg. CTA if you opt to add a call to action in your experience.

How to edit the entry form

  1. Locate your experience in the Draft list.
  2. Click the 'Entry' from the left side of the experience.
  3. Select 'Edit' to edit the entry form.
  • From here, you can simply drag and drop the entry form fields. These can be re-ordered by dragging the module up and down, cloned using the copy button or removed by using the X button.
  • To edit the form fields, simply edit the gear icon and add new copy/ content. 

How to publish your experience

  1. Open 'Publishing' from the experience area of the platform (Left navigation menu).
  2. Next, Approve the experience which you do simply by clicking the tick icon located in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Once approved, the publish to new destination button will become visible. Select Publish and you will be presented with publishing destinations for your experience.
  • Web Embed: This generates some code for you use to embed an iFrame onto a web page
  • Microsite: Have your experience appear on a standalone web page
  • Once you completed the publishing, this will be moved to the next steps and the platform generates the code.

You will be using a theme that is set up to your account. In case, that you want to modify this, you can head to the Design & Structure and edit the theme editor. Also, in this area, you can define the header, background, and footer of the experience.

Entry setting

This is where you can set the entry criteria that meets your requirements. To change the setting: Go to the entry page > select entry details (unlimited, once, daily)

This is where you can setup a generic sharing where your user shares social content across social networks. You can customize the message and content and add a sharing image.
